At Bear House India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Center' portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached before securely packing it in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched.
